Open Window is an arts project that made a virtual window available to leukemia patients waiting for a transplant with the aim of reducing their stress while enduring the long periods of isolation in hospital. A digital window was set up in every room that projected images and videos on the wall, including family content like photographs chosen by the patients and by carers, audiovisual artworks with themes created by artists and inspired by the patients.
