LKCA is concerned with universal cultural accessibility: it is committed to making cultural and creative development possible for everyone, regardless of cultural background, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, educational level, or age. LKCA works with cultural organizations, educational organizations, welfare and welfare organizations, support organizations, and governments. It works with interest groups representing people with less good access to the cultural sector.
