Centro Sperimentale per la Promozione della Salute e l’Educazione Sanitaria (CeSPES)

CeSPES promotes, coordinates and develops research and education in the field of public health, especially in the transdisciplinary field of health and health education, of health disparities and with regard to evaluating social and health care costs.

The Centro (di Ricerca) Sperimentale per la Promozione della Salute e l’Educazione Sanitaria (CeSPES) produces research, generates professional working and training models in the area of public health care. It is a permanent laboratory for ideas and practices in the fields of prevention, education and health promotion. Professionals, students and citizens all contribute with their knowledge and experience to realizing the right to health as endorsed in article 32 of the Italian Constitution and to combat the disparities that tend to appear at different times and systems.
